Where are you located?

San Francisco. We provide remote and onsite support across the Bay Area, all of California, Nevada (to Las Vegas), and the Pacific Northwest (to Washington).

How fast do you respond?

30-60 minutes on average. We provide 24x7x365 coverage – monitoring and human response. When you call, you reach a real person. No voicemail runaround.

How much does it cost?

No confusing tiers. Monthly fee for monitoring and management of your devices. Support included. One-off projects quoted separately. Fair market rate, no long-term contracts required to start.

What if I just need one thing fixed?

We do one-off projects too. Virus removal, network setup, office move, hardware deployment – we’ll scope it and quote it. No obligation to sign up for ongoing service (though most clients do once they see how it works).

Do you support remote and distributed teams?

Yes. Many of our clients are fully remote or hybrid with employees across multiple states. Our cloud-based stack manages and protects devices anywhere – no office required. We ship configured laptops to new hires, support remote employees directly, and provide the same 30-60 minute response regardless of location.

Do you support Macs?

Yes. Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android – servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile. Whatever your team uses.

Do you outsource your support?

No. All work is done in-house by our team. When you call, you get someone who knows your environment.

Can you help with compliance?

Yes – CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Full lifecycle: gap assessment, technical controls, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance. We’re CyberAB registered.

Do you provide hardware?

Yes. We source through Dell, Pax8, CDW and others – or manage your existing equipment. Full lifecycle from purchase to deployment to replacement.

What about backups?

Offsite backup via CrashPlan – available standalone or as part of managed IT. Automated daily backups with tested restores. If ransomware hits, we restore from clean backups.
